By using the taxiva.net website ("Service"), all services of TaxiVa, Inc. ("TaxiVa"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
TaxiVa reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While TaxiVa prohibits such conduct and content on the Service, you understand and agree that TaxiVa cannot be responsible for the content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Welcome to the TaxiVa App
A digital service developed by ATN Technology PLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TaxiVa App and its associated services, including applicable service fees.
By downloading, installing, or using the TaxiVa App, you (and any organization or company you represent) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TaxiVa App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, either on your own behalf or on behalf of your affiliated taxi association or company.
2. Eligibility
Access to the TaxiVa App is limited to individuals affiliated with one of the 31 Bole Airport Taxi Operators PLC or other officially recognized taxi owner associations. Usage must be directly related to an authorized organization that permits your operation.
3. Authorized Users
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to registered members of the Bole Airport Taxi Operators PLC and affiliated taxi owner associations operating within the premises of Bole International Airport.
Driver details such as full name, phone number, vehicle model, and license plate number will be displayed in the app for security and accountability.
4. Account Registration
To use the TaxiVa App, drivers must register and create a valid account, referred to as a TaxiVa Driver Account and TaxiVa Wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your account with others.
5. Fees and Payment
Access to key functions of the TaxiVa App requires payment of a service fee:
All fees must be paid via bank transfer to ATN Technology PLC’s designated account.
A 12% commission is deducted from the total trip fare on each completed ride.
Users must maintain sufficient funds in their TaxiVa Wallet accounts to ensure uninterrupted use of the app.
6. Prohibited Activities (User Obligations)
To maintain the quality and integrity of the service, users must comply with the following rules:
Taxi services must use the app’s technology in accordance with airport standards to ensure a high-quality experience for passengers.
Fare negotiations outside the app are strictly prohibited.
Only the authorized committee of the 31 Bole Airport Taxi Operators PLC may approve or regulate app usage.
Drivers and their affiliated organizations agree to indemnify and hold ATN Technology PLC harmless from any financial loss, damage, or legal liability resulting from app misuse or misconduct.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, including disabling the network connection, turning off GPS, prematurely ending trips, or closing the app to conceal earnings or activities, is strictly forbidden.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, and software within the TaxiVa App are the intellectual property of ATN Technology PLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Account Terms
You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TaxiVa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have access to your account).
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
9. Payments and Refund Terms
There will be no refunds or credits for setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
10. Cancellation and Termination
TaxiVa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at any time, for any reason.
Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.
TaxiVa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
11. Modifications to the Service and Prices
TaxiVa may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
TaxiVa is not liable for any modifications, price changes, or service discontinuation.
From time to time, TaxiVa may issue updates to the application, which may include adding, modifying, or removing features. These may be pushed automatically, though advance notice will be provided where possible.
12. General Conditions
Use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You authorize TaxiVa to use and reproduce your content for any purpose related to the Service.
The Service uses third-party vendors for infrastructure and functionality.
You must not hack, modify, or misrepresent association with the Service.
Reproduction or exploitation of the Service without written permission is prohibited.
TaxiVa may remove accounts or content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.
Abuse or threats toward TaxiVa staff or users will result in account termination.
Data transmissions may be unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements.
Do not upload or send spam or malicious content.
TaxiVa makes no guarantees on service performance or outcome.
TaxiVa is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Service.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms are the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements.
TaxiVa’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
